Why does being creative help us with mental health?

We all remember how amazing it felt to be creative when we were younger. Children love to draw and just be enjoying their creative side. Then as we become older we feel we no longer have the right to just create for creative sake.


"Creativity is intelligence having fun."

We focus more on serving others and how we can bring an income in. But being creative can bring so much into our world.

- Lifts your mood

- Gives you the happy hormone the 'endorphins'

- Clears the brain

- Gives you time for yourself
